About us

IC Retail Services was founded in 2019 by a team of directors and employees with a long history of working together and managing both UK and foreign-owned companies. We also work with and co-ordinate a network of specialists for areas of required expertise that we do not provide in-house.

We are a group of professionals who come from different sectors. Experts in each of our fields, we recognised that there was demand for products that we could source using networks we have established. After a string of successful trade deals, founder Phi Cao decided it would be best to formalise the team he had called upon to leverage their expertise and thus, IC Retail Services was born.

Up until 2019, most of our work was done overseas. We have gained experience through various projects in commodities trading and manufacturing procurement. From trading raw cashew nuts in Africa to providing equipment to airports in Vietnam, we are no stranger to thinking outside of the box.

We love scouring the globe for the next best thing and enjoy the challenge in finding a way to make the supply chain more cost effective.  Our ethos is to work hard and be flexible. However, we do not take ourselves too seriously, as life is serious enough.
